Quick Zesty Lemon and Lorne Sausage Plant-Based Pasta
Feel the Summer with this super quick Lemon and Lorne Sausage Pasta dish!
Ingredients:
🍝 Tagliatelle
🌱 Our Lorne Style Vegan Sausage
🥂 White wine
🍋 The juice of 2 lemons
🧄 4 cloves of garlic
🌿 Spinach
🍅 Sun dried tomatoes
🧀 Vegan Parmesan Cheese
Cooking steps:
1️⃣ Cook the spaghetti until they are al dente. 🍝
2️⃣ Dice our Lorne Style Vegan Sausage and fry it up in a hot saucepan until golden (3 minutes approx). 🌱🌭
3️⃣ Add the lemon juice, grated or pressed garlic, and a half glass of white wine to the same saucepan. Then, stir consistently for 2-3 minutes. 🍋🧄
4️⃣ Add the cooked spaghetti and spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Toss in the sauce to coat the pasta. 🍅🌿
5️⃣ Cook for a minute or until the spinach turns bright green and just begins to wilt. 🔥
6️⃣Season with salt and pepper and stir in some vegan Parmesan cheese. 🌱🧀
