If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you have purchased from us, please contact us via the submission form below. Please note that our policy lasts 14 days, and that we require photographic proof of damaged items if the issue is damage. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or a replacement.
