Cooking Info
Thank you for purchasing our meats. We’re sure that you’ll enjoy making delicious meals with them as much as we do! Please remember that these are fresh, hand made and packaged products. No two will ever be the same, much like two loaves of bread bought in a bakery will never have quite the same shape, but rest assured that each one receives the same care and attention nonetheless!
Our products are all pre-cooked and ready to eat, so preparing them is just a matter of quickly heating them up in a way that will make them even more delicious!

Serve smothered in gravy or your favourite sauce, beside to your roasted veggies and a drink!
ALTERNATIVELY:
Simply cook the Roast at 180C in a tightly covered baking dish in the oven with about an inch of broth to lock the moisture in - for about 20 minutes. You could also wrap it in puff pastry and make a wellington.
*Never leave the roast uncovered in the oven as it will result in a tough/dry outer layer.
