Inspired by the much loved staple of New York Jewish cuisine, our Pastrami Style Slices are aromatic, savoury, slightly smoky in flavour and fantastically tender. We coat every slice with a thin layer of extra virgin olive oil to preserve tenderness and keep it flavourful. Pairs well with a strong vegan cheese, added to a reuben or added to crackers as a light snack.
Prep info:
1. Add to toasted rye bread with russian dressing, plant based cheese and sauerkraut for the perfect reuben.
2. Lay out on a board with your favourite plant based cheeses, some crackers and olives for a quick but impressive aperitif snack.
3. Shred into your favourite salad for some added extra tasty protein!

Each pack contains 110g, approximately six slices. Please be aware that you may find whole mustard seeds in the packet.
Product Information:
6 months shelf life (chilled) with no added preservatives. The product can be frozen for extended longevity, but cannot be refrozen once defrosted.
