COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: As premium quality extra virgin olive oil from the heart of Puglia we strongly recommend using this oil as final condiment. Gently pour some Olio di Puglia on your favourite creations to savour its unique and deep flavour. This oil has a very bold presence, therefore we recommend using it with care.
