Introducing our Beef-Style Garlic & Rosemary Stuffed Roast: a symphony of flavours and textures crafted to tantalize your taste buds. Inside, you'll discover a homemade sausage-style stuffing infused with aromatic garlic and fragrant rosemary, enveloped in a rich and savoury beef-style coating with deep umami flavours. Perfectly paired with roasted vegetables and gravy, this roast promises a dining experience that's both comforting and indulgent.

Cooking info (it's so easy!):

1. Unpack, remove netting, then slice the product cold.
2. Heat a Tbsp of oil and a few splashes of water (don’t omit this!) in a non-stick pan.
3. Once hot - add the slices to the pan, and cook covered for about 3-4 minutes each side - or until they are soft and slightly browned. Top up with water and oil if the pan gets too dry.
4. Serve hot alongside roasted veggies!
