Vegan Garlic & Rosemary Stuffed Roast (two sizes)

We've made it easier for you to tackle Christmas lunch by creating a ready-made festive roast for you or your plant based relatives!

Featuring a brand new chicken-style fillet and filled with our homemade garlic and rosemary sausage stuffing, this is a Christmas centrepiece to die for. Some would argue, our best Christmas special yet! Smother it in gravy, add roasted roots and veggies, sit back and enjoy a stress free, flavourful, luscious festive feast!

Cooking info (it's so easy!):

1. Unpack, then slice the product cold.
2. Heat a Tbsp of oil and a few splashes of water (don’t omit this!) in a non-stick pan.
3. Once hot - add the slices to the pan, and cook covered for about 3-4 minutes each side - or until they are soft and slightly browned. Top up with water and oil if the pan gets too dry.
4. Serve hot alongside roasted veggies!

£9 / 500g, to feed 3-4 people;

£16 / 1000g, to feed 6-8 people.

Holiday Favourite!!

This is our Xmas centrepiece. There are seven of us at the table for this feast!! We have enjoyed this roast for the last three years, and again this year the unanimous choice was the SGAIA well as veggie stock we throw some quartered onions in our broth and a sprig or two of rosemary and use that as a second gravy! Cannot wait! and 'mine is already nestled safely in my freezer' ha ha!

Absolutely Delicious!

We decided to treat ourselves to this for our anniversary dinner since we couldn't get our hands on one at Xmas with it being so popular, now I understand why! It is so so good, the flavour is something else and made for delicious homely vegan Sunday roast dinner . It goes a long way too and we have tons left to make sarnies with! I'll be getting my order in early for Christmas this year!
