Utilizing bronze drawing techniques, this pasta boasts a porous, matte texture that seamlessly adheres to sauces. The favored flat tagliatelle ribbon cut is widely celebrated, frequently paired with a sumptuous ragù.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Bring water to boil in a pot. 2. Add a pinch of salt as soon as the water is boiling. 3. Add the Tagliatelle to the salted boiling water and cook for a few minutes. 4. Strain the gnocchi and add your favourite sauces!
Chef's tip: Keep some of the starchy water from the boiling pasta to add to your sauce.
