COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Bring water to boil in a pot. 2. Add a pinch of salt as soon as the water is boiling. 3. Add the Gnocchi to the salted boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Strain the gnocchi and add your favourite sauces!
Chef's tip: These gnocchi are fresh potato gnocchi meaning that they don't need long to be cooked. Another way to cook these is to follow the procedures of making Risotto, where the raw gnocchi are placed in a pan with sauce and they are cooked directly in the sauce. This will result in a saucier and softer texture. Careful not to overcook the gnocchi in the sauce or they will start breaking up.
