1. Heat up a splash of oil and a little water on medium heat in a non-stick pan.
2. Add your steak (whole or cut into strips), cover, and sizzle for about 3-4 minutes, turning halfway.
3. Once heated through and crisped up on the outside, add it last to your favourite stew or stir-fry, so that it doesn’t overcook, or serve with a tasty side and sauce!
