Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our meticulous slow-drying process takes place at precisely controlled temperatures between 28-48 degrees, preserving the noodles' inherent flavors and textures to perfection.

Ingredients: Organically grown wheat flour (90%), organically brown rice flour (8%), sea salt.

Cooking info: To prepare bring water to the boil, add noodles and stir. Simmer for 9 minutes then rinse briefly under cold water. Serve all year round in hot broths, stir-fries or chilled with a dipping sauce. We chose these noodles as they were the best with our Lemon, Ginger & Chilli Chicken Style fillets cut into strips. That was a great discovery.
